I was a shy, nervous kid. Acting gave me a way to come out of my shell — and a reason to look more closely at the people around me.

What drew me in was the chance to learn about the human experience. To step into another life. To understand why someone makes a choice I might never make.

That curiosity has stayed with me. On screen, in conversation and through Your Life Satori, I keep returning to the same question: how do the stories we live by shape who we become?
